Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through the All2Clean website or any affiliated booking platform. By completing a booking and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

124-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Window

Since payment is collected on-site in full, no upfront charge will be issued at booking. To avoid any applicable extended-area travel fee ($49.99), you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service start time.

Rescheduling requests within the 24-hour window are subject to availability and are treated the same as a late cancellation for refund purposes. There is no guarantee that a new time slot can be accommodated.

2Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Because All2Clean reserves a dedicated time slot for your vehicle and incurs preparation costs prior to arrival, the following non-refundable conditions apply:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time is non-refundable in full, including the deposit and any travel fees paid.
  • No-Shows:If our team arrives at the confirmed service location and is unable to perform the service due to any reason within the customer's control — including but not limited to a locked gate, vehicle not present, insufficient power or water access, or failure to respond — all fees paid are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Inaccessible or Unsafe Conditions: If our team determines that site conditions pose a safety risk or make service impossible upon arrival, all fees paid are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to verify site conditions prior to booking.

3Completed Services — Final Sale

Once a car wash, detailing, or any other service has been completed, the transaction is considered a final sale. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Prior to departure, our team will conduct a Walk-Around Inspection with the customer. This inspection provides you the opportunity to identify any concerns before our team leaves the site. By accepting the completed service without written objection at the time of inspection, you acknowledge satisfaction with the work performed.

If you believe the service was not completed to the standard described at booking, you must notify All2Clean in writing within 24 hours of service completion by contacting us at contact@alltoclean.com. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

4Weather & Force Majeure

All2Clean reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered a full reschedule at no additional charge, or — at our sole discretion — a full refund of all fees paid.

Mild weather (light rain, wind, or overcast conditions) does not constitute a force majeure event and services will proceed as scheduled unless canceled by the customer under the terms above.

5Payment Processing & Refund Timeline (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Refunds approved under this policy will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the approved refund date, depending on your bank or card issuer. All2Clean initiates approved refunds promptly; we are not responsible for delays imposed by financial institutions.

We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

6Texas Law & Online Booking Acknowledgment

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Pursuant to Texas Business & Commerce Code § 601.002, the three-day right of cancellation applicable to certain door-to-door and home-solicitation sales does not apply to transactions initiated and completed entirely online or via telephone by the consumer. By completing your booking through our online platform, you acknowledge that you initiated this transaction and expressly waive any applicable rescission rights beyond those provided in this policy.
